Year in Review: Letter From the President
2024 Has Arrived!
As we reflect on the past year, 2023 emphasizes resilience, innovation, and commitment of our team at Sterlitech Corporation. Despite a challenging and lumpy global economy, we have not only sustained our growth but also dedicated ourselves to technological advancements and sustainable practices. There are a few areas to highlight:
Innovation and Product Development: Chase Krieger and the R&D Team were very busy this year finalizing our benchtop systems and adding an array of new features and benefits to our skid systems. I am most excited about our upcoming “automated” skid system that will require limited user supervision.
Customer Marketing and Sales: Many hours were spent evaluating how to communicate with our customers and how our sales team operates resulting in a change to category vs product marketing. Expect more on this in 2024. We rounded our sales team this year with an exceptional Sales Director, Rebecca Lee and a tenured Application Engineer with Inga Elkina.
Sustainability and Operations: 2023 was also a year that we reinforced our commitment to sustainability. Operations and Accounting, led by Kristina Morris and Victoria Ho, respectively worked in unison to minimize the amount of paper being printed from 7-8 sheets to less than 1 per order! We are refining our packaging methods to keep the items secure while decreasing the quantity of waste.
We were privileged to participate in this LPA sponsored panel discussion, which emphasized the advantages of pursuing a career in the laboratory products sector. We're enthusiastic about connecting at face-to-face at events and trade shows and to collaborate on scientific challenges. Our commitment to offering you an exemplary experience remains steadfast, and we are devoted to continually striving to gain and maintain your trust.
