It was first organized by the Pittsburgh Conference on Analytical Chemistry and Applied Spectroscopy in 1950. Since then, it has expanded to appeal to anyone involved in the lab equipment sector. This year, Pittcon will be held at McCormick Place, Chicago IL, from March 1 – March 5, 2020.
