Year in Review: Letter from the President

As we turn the page into a new year and our 25th anniversary in the industry, I want to take a moment to thank you for your continued trust and partnership. We truly value the opportunity to support your work and remain committed to helping you achieve your goals.

Our theme in 2025 was Customer Focus; we strived to strengthen how we listen, respond, and support the customers we serve. We launched a Customer Advisory Board to help deepen collaboration and guide improvements for our Membrane Process and Development product line. Internally, we continued to focus on Lean Manufacturing processes to better serve our customers with greater efficiency and consistency through continuous daily improvement.   For a closer look at how we operate, watch our feature on World’s Greatest! We look forward to connecting with you throughout the year at industry events, through webinars, and in ongoing conversations. We will continue to share updates through our newsletters and blog posts, and if you find yourself in the Seattle area, we welcome you to visit us.
