Introducing Sterlitech’s Customer Advisory Board: Shaping Innovation Together

Sterlitech is thrilled to announce the formation of our Customer Advisory Board (CAB)—a group designed to foster collaboration and gather meaningful insights from key decision-makers and thought leaders in our customer community—specifically for our Membrane Process and Development portfolio. This initiative aims to align our product portfolio and features with your needs and industry trends.

Who’s Involved?

The Customer Advisory Board will consist of our customers using our Membrane Process and Develpment products, as well as industry thought leaders. By joining the CAB, participants will have the opportunity to share their expertise and influence the development of Sterlitech’s embrane Process and Development product portfolio.

What Will Be Covered?

The CAB is designed to:

  • Foster a collaborative environment where participants can provide strategic input.
  • Gather meaningful feedback on projects, trends, and product roadmaps.
  • Encourage sharing of experiences and contact among thought leaders (as desired).

The board will include 10-20 individuals who will participate in 1-2 virtual meetings per year with Sterlitech. These meetings will focus on discussing the latest trends in filtration, sharing project updates, and exchanging valuable insights.

Why the CAB Matters

The Customer Advisory Board underscores Sterlitech’s commitment to building a customer-focused culture. Through this initiative, we aim to:

  • Collaborate closely with key customers.
  • Leverage strategic input to refine our product and service offerings.
  • Strengthen connections among leaders in the filtration community.

Our approach emphasizes individual communication to maintain a tailored and personalized experience. Participantswill engage directly with Sterlitech during quarterly virtual discussions. These one-on-one conversations will allow us to explore trends, review current initiatives, and gather actionable feedback.
