Introducing Samantha Stanhope: Inside Sales Manager for Microfiltration

We are excited to introduce Samantha Stanhope, our newest team member, who joins us as the Inside Sales Manager for Microfiltration.

Interestingly, Samantha never envisioned a career in sales while completing her BS in Chemistry at the University of Vermont. In fact, it wasn’t until her senior year, when she met a product manager at a sales company, that the idea even crossed her mind. That encounter opened her eyes to the possibilities of a sales career and revealed a path where her skills could shine. "I realized how good of a fit it was for me," she shares, reflecting on how she found her calling in sales. Her love for science is a passion that aligns perfectly with her role in microfiltration, where she applies her knowledge of scientific products and processes to help customers find the solutions they need.

Samantha believes that "great things never come from comfort zones," a motto that drives her approach to work. She consistently pushes herself and her team to embrace challenges and step beyond what’s familiar, knowing that growth and success often come from taking risks.

One piece of advice Samantha shares with her team is to "embrace failure as a steppingstone to success." She views failure not as a setback but as an essential part of the learning process. By embracing its lessons, Samantha believes we increase our chances of success in the future.
