Introducing Anna Solomonova: Sales Manager for Membrane Process Development (MPD)

We're thrilled to welcome Anna Solomonova to the Sterlitech team as our new Sales Manager for Membrane Process Development! 

Anna brings a unique combination of technical expertise and people-centric energy to the role. She began her career with 2.5 years in membrane development, where she played a key role in research focused on cutting-edge water treatment technologies. Building on this industry experience, Anna pursued a strong academic foundation in Environmental Science and Data Analytics and is currently advancing her expertise through a professional master’s program in Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Her passion for water treatment innovation is evident in both her practical contributions and her academic pursuits. 

What drew Anna to sales? “I love meeting new people,” she shares. “I worked in fine dining in Boston for several years, and I really missed that level of interaction while working in membrane research and development.” Now, she’s blending her technical knowledge with her interpersonal strengths to bring thoughtful, solution-oriented support to Sterlitech’s customers. 

As she steps into this new chapter, Anna is excited to bridge the gap between technical complexity and business clarity: 
“One of the most rewarding challenges for me is finding the right balance between technical detail and business communication—translating complex solutions into meaningful value for customers.”
