The ER line of ultrafiltration membranes from GE Osmonics is being discontinued.  The following products will no longer be offered:
- YMERSP1905
- YMERSP4205
- YMERSP3001
Sterlitech has limited stock remaining of YMERSP475. Â While GE has no direct replacement for the ER membrane, the EW ultrafiltration is made of the same materials and is used in many of the same applications.

This month, Sterlitech Corporation was named as one of the fastest growing private companies in America by Inc. Magazine. This is the third year in a row that Sterlitech has made the Inc. 5000 list. Sterlitech ranked as the 75th fastest growing company in the Seattle area with a revenue growth of 117% over the course of 3 years. We would like to thank all of our customers, old and new, for supporting us and making our incredible growth possible. We’re proud to provide the highest quality products to R&D groups, universities, pharmaceutical labs, and environmental scientists. Of course, we’d also love to hear what you think we can do to make the list again next year, so please leave a comment below.

If you have visited our website in the last few weeks, then you have seen the new changes we made to our site.  We optimized the site for easy navigation; gone is the cumbersome left-hand navigation menu which hid our products behind layers of categories. Instead, we put in a drop down menu that is usable from any page you are currently viewing.  Please tell us what you think of the new Sterlitech.com.  We'll show our appreciation for any responses we receive (good, bad, long, or short) with a special gift.

We are unveiling a new Water and Wastewater Analysis page on our website. This new page neatly gathers products especially useful in water analysis such as MCE membranes, microbiological filter funnels, and petri dishes into one spot. Â The products we currently feature are:
- Microbiological filter funnels
- Sterile MCE membrane filters
- Glass fiber filters
- Petri Dishes
With the ever increasing value of clean water, this section is certain to grow. Â Keep an eye on our site as we add the latest water and wastewater analysis lab equipment.

Come June 1st, Sterlitech will be phasing out our selection of Empore Solid Phase Extraction products.  As with the other products we've recently phased out, we can still custom order these for you if need be. At this time, we will not be adding an equivalent line of products to replace the solid phase extraction products. You can learn more about Empore solid phase extraction equipment here.

Beginning on June 1, 2013, Sterlitech will no longer be offering 3M Sterilization Indicators as part of our online store. We can custom order them if you need them, but we will not be replacing them with any equivalent products at this time. We will also continue to offer other sterilization equipment such as autoclaves.  You can learn more about 3M sterilization indicators here.

April 08, 2013Toray has discontinued the production of their 80B Reverse Osmosis Membrane. But fear not, because they have also started producing a successor, called the 80E, that Sterlitech will be offering on our site. Both the 80B and its new, functional equivalent, the 80E, are polyamide membranes that are typically used for seawater desalination.
