The Valisette ceramic test cell kit includes a 316L stainless steel housing and is designed for choosing the best cross/tangential flow ceramic membrane for your separation procedure.
Each test kit includes:
• 1 Stainless Steel Tubular Housing, 250 x 10 mm ID
• 6 gaskets; 2 each of Viton, EPDM, & Silicone
• 2 clamp ends, DN 38 Specification
• Slots for storing up to 8 tubular ceramic membranes
• Choice of 4 ceramic membranes (Sold Separately)
The unit is compatible with tubular ceramic membranes, recommended for re-circulating flow rates between 200 and 600 liters/hour. Additional laboratory equipment required includes a feed flow pump, tubing, and storage tank.
Compatible with Inside Ceram (active layers vary by porosity) or Filtanium (titanium oxide) ceramic membranes, which are available for microfiltration, ultrafiltration, and nanofiltration. Additional membranes can be purchased separately in packs of four, offering customizable options for membrane combinations.
