D65 Syringe Filters

These D65 Filter Capsules (65mm diameter) have been designed for simple, quick, and efficient filtration of fluids and gases used in laboratory, pilot, and small-scale applications. The family of products is particularly suitable for scale up testing. Thirteen different media options can be placed in an all-polypropylene construction for excellent chemical compatibility. There are 30 different fitting options that can be mixed and matched for the inlet and outlet fittings.

The compact design of the filter capsule also reduces hold-up volume and exposure to hazardous chemicals. No adhesives, binders, or surfactants are used in the manufacturing process. The unit is thermally-sealed to ensure integrity.

Autoclave Cycles: The filters can be sterilized by autoclaving for 10 cycles at 257°F/125°C for 30 minutes, except for PE membrane. Capsules must not be in situ steam-sterilized.

Regulatory Compliance: The filters are constructed with polypropylene resins and filtration media in compliance with 21CFR Part 177 of the US Code of Federal Regulations and USP Class VI Biological Test for Plastic. (Except Black PP)
