Autofil Laboratory Filtration Systems

The Autofil™ laboratory filtration system is a disposable, sterile, vacuum operated bottle-top filter system used for the preparation of buffers, tissue culture media, microbiological media and other biological fluids. Autofil™ filters are available either as a complete system or as a stand-alone bottle-top filter funnel.

The Autofil™ system incorporates the following innovations:

  • Optional Quick-Connect™ pedestal for stable, hands-free operation
  • Ergonomic SECUREgrasp™ bottle for easy handling
  • Bottle-top filter fits any bottle with a 45 thread
  • Polyethersulfone (PES) membrane filter with 0.22 μm or 0.45 μm pore sizes
  • Forward-facing graduation marks on tubes and bottles
