Return Material Authorization

Please notify us within 90 days of purchase if you would like to return an item. We will approve your return and give you an RMA number to proceed with the return process.

If materials are to be returned to Sterlitech for repair, evaluation, or warranty consideration, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and form must be obtained from Sterlitech prior to the return. Please follow the steps below:

1. Obtain an RMA Number

   Contact Sterlitech to obtain an RMA number and form before returning any material.

2. Complete the RMA Form

   Fill out the form completely and include it with the returned material. Provide a detailed written reason for the return.

3. Include Product Details

   Include serial numbers, installation and removal dates, and any other pertinent information available.

4. Ship the Item

   Reference the RMA number on all packages. All material must be shipped to Sterlitech with freight prepared by the customer.

5. Restocking Fee

   Please note that returned items may be subject to a restocking fee.
