$33.39
Key Specifications
- Pore Size
- 0.45
- Diameter (mm)
- 47
- Brand
- Sterlitech
This gridded microbial membrane filter line traps microorganisms at different pore sizes for enrichment or analysis, and is available in Microdisc (individual pack) or Microfilm (continuous pack) formats. The membrane itself is a mixed cellulose ester (MCE), combining cellulose acetate and cellulose nitrate. Because MCE membrane is biologically inert, it's one of the most widely used membrane types in analytical and research applications, and it offers a smoother, more uniform surface than a pure nitrocellulose filter.
- High recovery rates for microorganisms
- Complies with ISO 7704:2023
- Bacterial challenge: LRV > 7
- Excellent flow rate across a range of liquids
- Microbiologically "friendly" ink on the grid lines promotes growth to help maximize recovery
- Pre-sterilized by gamma irradiation, with a 3-year shelf life
- Lot-specific quality certificate provided with every batch
