a. Particle retention verified by bubble point pressure.
b. Using pre-filtered water at a pressure differential of 10 psid (0.7 bar) with methanol pre-wetting.
c. Air flow rates are initial flow rates in ml/min/cm2 using pre-filtered air at 10 psi differential pressure.
d. Bubble point values are for methanol.
e. Silver membranes provide excellent filtration performance at temperatures up to 427°C (800°F).
