Kent, Washington (May 10, 2001) -- Sterlitech Corporation, a Washington State
company, announced today that it acquired the Silver Metal Membrane product
line from Osmonics, Inc (NYSE:OSM).
“We are very excited to add Silver Metal Membranes to our product

is an excellent customer base and huge market potential for Silver
Membranes.”

and are available with absolute particle retention ratings from
0.2 to 5.0 microns. The membranes are used in
a variety of filtration applications. NIOSH
