Payment
- Charge your order on Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.
- Purchase order are also accepted by fax, email, or online. After approval – terms are Net 30. Note that after you are confirmed for PO you will be able to use that option on the website for any future orders.
Pricing
- Appropriate state sales taxes will be added, currently we are only required to collect in Washington State. You may be subject to local use tax rules.
- Quoted prices are good for 45 days from date on quote.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- All prices listed are in US Dollars.
Shipping
- Most orders will ship within 24 hours. If you require special shipping methods, please let us know.
- We generally ship via UPS, prepay and add unless otherwise requested.
- Customer may request to use their own UPS, FedEx or DHL number.
- International shipping is available. We offer UPS or Express Air Mail options. We ship duty and taxes unpaid.
Damaged Items
- When receiving your purchase please check the contents for damage before signing the delivery acknowledgement. Note any damage on the Bill of Lading. If your purchase arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving damaged products.
Returns
- If you need to return items – please notify us ahead of time so we can approve your return and give you an RMA number.
- Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee.
Warranty for Consumable Products
- This warranty covers the initial end-user purchaser for defects in manufacture, materials, and workmanship.
- The warranty lasts for 90 days from the date of shipment of the product provided you use the consumable according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Sterlitech will replace the consumable product or give you a credit for the price you paid for the product if Sterlitech determines that the product is defective.
