Empore™ Disks, Oil & Grease

Sterlitech’s Empore™ chelating disks are reversed phase extraction disks specifically designed for EPA Method 1664* (involving N-hexane extractable materials (HEM) and silica gel treated N-hexane extractable material (SGT-HEM) by extraction and gravimetry). The Empore oil & grease disk incorporates C18 sorbent particles within a hydrophobic matrix.

Empore Oil & Grease Disk Product Characteristics:

• for EPA Method 1664, C18 extractable materials are collected from wastewater
• materials are eluted from the SPE disk using hexane

• 47mm and 90mm diameter
• 10 and 20 packs
