Membrane Housings and Elements

Operated in a tangential flow (crossflow) system, membrane elements are perfect for scaling up from flat sheet membranes to conduct more comparative testing prior to pilot scale. Ideal for small-scale production, feasibility studies, and product or process development. Elements should be tested under a combination of feed flow rates, permeate flux, operating pressure, and temperature in order to determine optimal application conditions

Stainless steel 316, FRP and PVC housings for the spiral wound membrane elements are available.
